All orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours unless otherwise noted in the product description or discussed directly with the owner of Symbiartic Industries, Inc.
All Glass Related items are non returnable. If there is an issue upon receipt please notify us at SYMBIARTIGLASS@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your product.
Contact customer service at SYMBIARTIGLASS@gmail.com to receive an Return Authorization Number (RAN) with detailed instructions on processing your return of merchandise. RAN must be included in the returned package for processing.
The returns for refunds are only accepted within 14 days of original purchase date, and the items must be unused/unmodified, in original condition and packaging. Make sure you have not used the product and all parts and accessories are repackaged in the original box. If the item has been altered in any way that has affected the performance or the life of the product, it will not qualify for refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fee is not refundable. All refunds are issued within 3 weeks after receiving the item. Once issued, you will receive your funds back into your account within 10 business days - depending on your bank's operation system. Symbiartic Industries, Inc. will issue refunds only to customers who have purchased through symbiarticindustries.com. Symbiartic Industries, Inc. could hold restocking fee if there are missing parts or accessories. Contact customer service for details.
